Payment

A payment of 50% of the adventure cost is required when you book, and confirms your booking. The balance is due 14 days before the date of your adventure.

Cancellation

• Cancelling within 14 days of departure incurs a $30 cancellation fee.
• Within 48 hours of departure, the fee is 50% of the tour price.
• Within 24 hours of departure, the fee is 100% of the tour price.
• Cancellation fees are refunded in full, but only if your seat can be resold.
• If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
• If a lockdown means we have to reschedule, you can choose a full refund or join the adventure on the new date.

Seat rotation

So that everyone gets to enjoy the front and window seats, passengers rotate seats after every rest stop. If you suffer from travel sickness, please let us know when you book. We can't guarantee it, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Rest stops

On tour we usually stop every 1 to 2 hours for a comfort stop or activity. The length of each stop varies, and your driver will keep you informed.

Group sizes

To us you're not just another face in the crowd. We keep our groups small and friendly, to help build a sense of community one adventure at a time.

Photos

By booking a trip, passengers consent to Silver Rose Tours Limited using photos they appear in, taken on tour, for future promotion. These images are used for Silver Rose Tours promotion only.
