Silver Rose Tours was born from a simple wish: to bring people together. We greet you at your own front door, settle you into our comfortable van, and look after every detail from there.
Our story
A travelling social club
A Silver Rose tour is unlike anything offered by other New Zealand tour operators. With no more than 10 explorers, there's time for real conversation and plenty of chances to make new friends.
We handle everything, from planning and booking to organising the whole day, including pick-up and drop-off. All you need to do is book, sit back and enjoy. We plan a range of trips to suit different interests and different levels of mobility.
We're based on the North Shore and run our tours from here, as well as Orewa, Red Beach and the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. We'd love to grow beyond that, because we know how much this kind of service is needed. Watch this space!
Meet Amanda
The heart of every trip
Amanda founded Silver Rose in 2019. She saw the need for more than just tours: a place where people could connect, make friends and share meaningful experiences. Filling a van with like-minded people, hearing the conversation and laughter, and watching friendships blossom is what inspired her.
She loves being around people and seeing the joy on their faces when they experience something special. Creating an atmosphere of companionship and fun is at the heart of every trip she organises.
