Nobody knows where we're going, only that it's somewhere Silver Rose hasn't been before.
Our Mystery Lunch Adventures have become so popular they now come round every couple of months. Guests never know the destination, only that it won't be local and it's somewhere Silver Rose has never taken them before.
This one began with morning tea at Ruby Eatery in New Lynn, under wonderfully lifelike cherry blossom trees. Then a tiki tour past the historic Crown Lynn kiln and across the city to The Cav in College Hill, for a pub lunch with the skyline as a backdrop.
Ice cream, of course, then a drive through the old villas of St Marys Bay and home over the Harbour Bridge, hearts and stomachs full.
